Absolutely useless, fair enough, you don't have a product in stock, but to not have any of the 5 alternatives in stock either is just shabby, If you don't have an item, either don't list it on your site, or don't let me buy it. As a long time client, I think this is the last time I'll be using (or not using ) your services, All it takes is 1 bad bit of service to lose what was a fairly happy client.

Make my order, but then came across a problem re. the delivery. I spoke to Kirubel and within a minute or two, the problem was fixed. Great customer service. Plus the delivery guy this morning was very helpful too. Brilliant.

Delivered to time and delivery driver was helpful when offloading them. A couple of the plaster boards were a bit bashed at the bottom but I work around that.

Placed an order and then got a call back to say they did not have what I wanted in stock. I asked why I was able to buy something from the website when they did not have it in stock. The woman was really rude and the customer service was dreadful. Definitely not using them ever again. I would steer well clear. Annoyingly I have found the same product a lot cheaper elsewhere! When the insulation turned up it was soaking wet and had clearly been left out in the rain. I called them to ask for it to be collected and replaced ASAP but they would not send it out in time for the person coming to fit. Absolutely appalling.

ordered 20 boards of insulation, lorry arrived with only 3 boards, no phone call no explanation! re arranged 2 more times for delivery and nothing no phone calls no explanation! emailed asking for refund no reply! shocking company save the hastle buy local!

Had what I wanted, chose my own date for delivery just two days lead time, delivered before 9am. Drivers on both occasions first class. There was an issue with stock on a second delivery but head office called to discuss. Absolutely A1 service both times. Extremely happy.
