Easy online ordering, and product information. Order delivered on time, carefully packaged to avoid any damage. Pleasurable experience from start to finish.

The delivery driver refused point blank to drive the last 200m of the journey to my house, and refused to even walk down the road with me to just look at the road (his exact words were 'I don't do walking'), leaving me pay my carpenter extra to help me to ferry 60 boards down the road myself. We have had articulated lorries, 32 tonne curtain sided lorries, tipper trucks, and enormous cranes down that road over the past year, it is definitely wide enough and has ample turning space at the bottom. When I wrote to complain and request a discount I was blamed for 'not informing them of special access requirements' (there aren't any). Their evidence is the drivers refusal and because I stated that their timid driver might have been better off delivering the relatively small load in a smaller truck. It is not the customer's responsibility to organise your logistics. So much for an apology. Very poor indeed.

Driver arrived but then decided we couldn't have our plasterboard as he couldn't get it off the lorry??? It was already 4pm so maybe he was looking to clock off. It then took a further 2 days to get delivered??? When it came it many of the boards were heavily dog eared and damp. Must've been left on the truck. Thanks Insulation Express. Would find the company difficult to recommend. Maybe our order wasn't big enough to worry about. Shame. Good products, competitive price but poor service.
