Awful customer service. After spending all morning trying to contact Insulation express to find out stock availability I finally got through for the lady answering to pretend she couldn't hear me. I called again and the lady continued to pretend she couldn't hear me. I called for a third time in the afternoon and got through to a helpful gentleman but when I explained the poor customer service he didn't even acknowledge it.
