As a company and the ordering process I cant fault Insulation Express. The products are great. My only criticism is the delivery side as they use 3rd party contractors who don't care about the products , ordered Marmox board and Fedex delivered it leaning against the side of the vehicle, all corners damaged where it had been sliding and moving around even though all over the board is written fragile

After a difficult start to pay , staff were very helpful in advice & payment. Delivery arranged for the Monday as planned , but delivered early on the Friday , service attitude excellent , would highly recommend , use again.
