Paid for someone to be on site to take delivery, called at the end of the day to find out where it was, to be told it will be delivered the following day. Had to pay for someone to be on site for a second day. Driver turned up, couldnt reverse his lorry up the side road (Jewsons and Bradford’s managed it) dropped them on the pavement refused to help get them on site and drove off. Our first order with these guys and with a load more still required will look elsewhere for the rest.
