We collected an order today and were very happy with it. We didn't have issues with time of collection and feel a bit sorry for the company trying to get orders out and being thwarted by Royal Mail strikes! Our service was pleasant and efficient.

*originally a one star review but increased to 3 as Boomf have refunded me in full for the below experience* So, so disappointed. £13 down the drain. Ordered in plenty of time for the date I needed it to arrive by (3 working days) and paid for express delivery (up to 2 working days) and it still hasn’t arrived (4 working days and counting). Forgotten about it now and told my fiancé who’s 30th it was bought for that it’s lost in transit. Can’t even review the product as it hasn’t turned up! According to Evri tracking there has been a delay and they’re working on getting it to me the next working day and would update me when it is out for delivery. Today is that ‘next working day’ and the tracking status is exactly the same. I would say this is Evri’s fault but they delivered an ASOS parcel to me today that I ordered at 8pm last night. So my best guess is Boomf haven’t got my order organised but no idea. Haven’t bothered contacting them as there isn’t much point as the occasion it was for has passed. Complete waste of money - don’t be clever, just stick with traditional cards. Update; the card arrived today (3 working days after specified delivery date) and it was so battered and bruised that it was completely dysfunctional and the confetti basically dribbled out of the bottom rather than firing out the top - rather sums up the whole buying experience. Pathetic.

Terrible. It was impossible to speak to anyone from this company. I was unable to speak to anyone but had to endure a robotic automated messaging service when I rang their customer service department. I resorted to email and received a reply later the following day. My son did not receive the card I had ordered him for his birthday. Very disappointing on all fronts really. Expected better.

Fantastic! 1st time ordering with this company who I had never heard of until yesterday when they popped up during a Google search for gifts, ordered a personalised item at 2pm yesterday, it’s just arrived and I absolutely love them!! The wrapping is lovely- The price, the super fast postage and condition is excellent. I will be using this fab company again and again!!
