I ordered a Birthday card for a friend expecting the card and it's envelope to arrive in an outer envelope to enable me to write a personal message inside, as was my experience with other card companies. However, it arrived in it's own envelope, sealed with a large postage label on the front. Totally unusable to give to someone!!! I shall not be using Boomf again!
