I ordered the personalised marshmallows. First up, brilliant online support with some questions I had. Next up, very fast order processinga nd delivery within 48 hours using standard service. In fact the order was dispatched almost immediately. Last, but certainly not least, the quality is brilliant - photos were reproduced perfectly on the marshmallows, I wish I knew how they did it ! The card arrived on time but that’s about the best thing I can say. When opened the card didn’t ‘boomf’ which is their entire marketing concept! The cube card was also a lot smaller than expected 🙄 I wouldn’t recommend this product and certainly won’t be buying anything else from this company in the future.

After finishing my order I noticed a mistake in delivery adress as well as the contact email adress The help centre was amazing and were able to adjust all as wanted. Great service by very friendly people.
