I accidently ordered a boomf box + gift to the wrong address and when I emailed customer service upon realising my mistake, Will responded very quickly and was able to track it down to amend. Great customer service!

I made a small mistake with my order, so I immediately emailed Customer Services on a Bank Holiday (not expecting to receive a response until the next working day). I got a reply very quickly advising that they had rectified my error (thankfully, my order had not yet been processed). To receive this level of customer service, and especially over the bank holiday period, is just brilliant and provided me with a great customer experience! Thank you Boomf

Bought the unicorn 3d pop up confetti card for our granddaughter, what a waste of money she couldn’t even tell what it was, the confetti dropped out in a lump so disappointed Customer service were prompt in contacting me to rectify what had happened, excellent service rectified

Overpriced. Alot smaller than I thought it would be. Really alot. It was tiny. No information on how it works. If it's ready to go for example. Will never use this company again.
