Worst customer service in the world!!!! I have never seen such a bad customer service in my life, literally. Their drivers did not care a little about the delivery either. They did not contact you and just drove off when they believed they cannot find a place to stop right in front of your home. We have had loads of deliveries done in the past without any issues, wickes, selco, screwfix. No issues at all. When you called the customer service, they told you the order is invalid now, and you have to place another new order and wait for a new delivery to be scheduled. And the new delivery won't happen in a week time. I wonder how this company can still be alive? ================================== Replies to JB kind doors: 1). I can prove that I had no missed calls or voice mail left on my mobile. And JB doors has my correct number, because I received other text message reminders from JB doors. 2). There is a loading bay ONLY 20 meters away from my house, and your driver simply missed that. 3). All my other deliveries had no issues at all, how did they manage? Some of them drove big trucks too. 4). Waiting for another 7 days for a redelivery. Is this the best effort you can put out to solve a customer complain? No wonder people ended up with complains to trading stands to get thing going.

Aftercare service is pants
I have used this service before and had no reason for aftersale service. I had to order 2 more doors and 1 hour later I needed to order 1 more from the on line service. The lady I spoke to in the shop was very helpful however the lady i was told to contact for the online orders was rude, unprofessional and extreamly unhelpful...I tried to cancel the order to re order and the e mail address i was sent was unrrcognisable. I rang the shop again and was told everything could be put through on one order...however the online ordering service said this was not possible. Terrible treatment of a very stressed customer. If I hadnt been in desperate need of the doors i would of taken my buisness elsewhere.

Delivered within 5 days of ordering. Excellent service. The only disappointment was that the supplier of the doors could not match the same price for the door handle packs. I would have preferred to deal with one company for the whole lot! The door handle packs were purchased from another supplier saving about £100

Just avoid buying doors from them…
Just avoid buying doors from them signed on 9 november. On the document from the store who sell they door was pointet 3-4 week delivery could have a bit deleys. After 5 week i contacted the store where i payed and the guy(in the store they do not have any foult) sended me a copy of the e-mail recived from JB kind, that my delivery is not collect and will be delivred after new year with no date for delivery. Now i lost my windows for fitting the door need to look for new fitter on new date when i have 0 clue when they will be delivered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANNA FINISH YOUR RENOVATION IN TIME.
Terrible service and even worse product
We received two Cotswold doors and thought they were good quality based on price and weight. Solid feeling and well packaged. The doors were checked in accordance with the email received from Jbkind however the packaging was not removed due to JBKind advice on the packaging. The doors months later were to be fitted as the job progressed so were unpackaged and inspected as per manufacturer instructions. They had a multitude of defects ranging from cracks to material loss. Calling JBKind I was confronted with a rude and non caring customer service representative who outright denied any responsibility for the product and refused to help. She was trying to belittle and put the blame onto me. Terrible service from JBKind. Talking to the retailer building supplies online they were little to no help denying their responsibility under consumer rights act 2015. Both parties have refused to replace or repair the doors and deny any responsibility for the state of the doors. Reasonable inspection will reveal the doors state was caused by bad manufacturing practices or mishandling on JBKinds logistic side or building supplies online.
