JB Kind doors are superb quality. I picked them as the oak surrounding the solid core is much thicker than most manufacturers, which meant I had no issues trimming the doors to size. The doors are also very high quality. Their customer service is also first rate. I had to call to discuss a recent delivery time and they could not have been more accommodating and professional. So, superb products with superb customer service. Five stars all the way.

Not great customer follow up and 9 doors were marked out of 11. We bought via vibrantdoors.co.uk and their speed of customer service was poor. We love the design of the door (Clementine) but the slow response left a slightly bitter taste.

Awful. Doors chipped. Edges coming apart. Finish and paint very poor around glazed panels. Nobody would be satisfied or hang these. How they got through quality control I do not know.

First time using this company. Bought some door handles and catches. Excellent quality and speedily sent. Will certainly buy from again

The delivery driver was polite and came within the allotted time. Notifications from JB doors were excellent.
