Bought a set of JBK City doors, pre-finished in white. Simply the quality of the wood, paint and finish is really poor. There were already chips in the paint when the doors were delivered, and they are clearly not going to stand up to day-to-day use without getting further damage. If you want doors of this quality you can get them elsewhere for a fraction of the price. If you want to pay a bit more for a premium product then look elsewhere.

I purchased a set of softwood external gates. They have failed on all joints within the first few months of fitting. I am in correspondence with them to replace but it's just excuse after excuse. First the paint, then the fitting and now the suggestion they must have been left to blow open, which they have not been. I even have CCTV footage. Do not purchase these doors they are not suitable for external use. Very dissapointed with their customer service.

Am writing this review on behalf of my parents who recently orders 5 oak doors from your company. I want to thank the delivery driver for outstanding customer service. Unfortunately my parents did not get his name but he was fantastic and they were very happy with his service. Thank you and please thank him on behalf of Mr and Mrs Ashby.

We bought 2 JB Kind doors 3 years ago which we were very pleased with, so although there were cheaper doors out there, we spent £400 thinking we were getting the quality and because of this we didn't unwrap the doors to check them before they were fitted. One wasn't too bad but the other the veneer around the glass is badly fitted and the grain in sections is black in colour. This wouldn't be a problem if I was painting the door, but then I wouldn't have got an oak veneer. Doorsuperstore couldn't be more helpful but KB Kinds response was far from apologetic. We have just purchased another six doors from else where for a lot less money and the quality is brilliant in comparison. A company to avoid, but if you do use them check the doors before your carpenter fits them.
