Delivery date and time was accurate. Great notification of delivery time. Two guys Yaseem and Mannu who delivered our garden furniture were very friendly and helpful.

Dara was so helpful sorting a delivery issue and rearranging a replacement item to be delivered quickly. I am so grateful for his help. He provided excellent customer service and reassurance!

Clearly this business has become a scam. Customer a service is a joke, a struggle to speak english, sending wrong items and then doing everything to get out of their responsibilities and try to trample my statutory rights, an absolute joke.

Purchased an Egg Chair from Moda in July. Absolutely delighted with this product. It is very comfortable and looks stunning in our garden, its had a lot of compliments. Ordering was quick and easy and the chair was delivered within a week.

Customer Service is really good. Not just the original purchase but also the follow-up. In our case the original purchase was fine, really good quality and good looking furniture but one of the chairs needed replacing and Moda dealt with that very quickly, keeping us up-to-date at all times
