Delivery men and they made my furniture were great and did a fab job. (Bal and Luke). Had to get a bit stroppy with Moda as they promise quick delivery and then they don't contact you.

Despite waiting many weeks for the delivery of my garden furniture cover & non delivery on the day it was due to arrive (even though I had taken the day off to be at home for the delivery), Kaci Coyle was amazing, when the issue was escalated to her!!! She listened to my frustrations & disappointment with Moda, she instantly contacted the delivery company, ensuring delivery would be the following day & arranged a refund for their service failure, constantly keeping me updated with her actions & resolution. I am really impressed with Modas customer service. Sukey helped me with all my queries and I believe he went above and beyond. Normally you get passed around but Sukey resolved everything for me and I am very grateful.

I recently bought an outdoor corner lounge set from Moda Furnishings and although there was one joining clamp missing which had probably fallen out whilst the delivery team unpacked the items, they were easy to contact and very efficient in sending a replacement clamp. Excellent service and would purchase from these guys again.

I bought garden furniture about 3 years ago high price awful quality the corner unit has already faded and one of the sunbeds is falling apart. The company went into administration July 2023 continued trading under the same name however washed their hands on and warranty issues. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY

Great service, great product and a 7 year warranty on the rattan. Renaldo and Arif delivered it into position and took away all the boxes, they were both so helpful and efficient. I had phone updates on the time of the arrival and I’m really impressed by the standard offered by Moda.
