Great sun loungers with very comfortable cushion, very sturdy, supplied with a table and parasol. Finishes are garden off lovely, shame we haven't had the weather to make full use of them. We love our rattan sofa set (Halo A1) and are now sitting in it in the warm sunshine. The delivery drivers, Renado and Arif, were wonderfully helpful. They kept us informed of the delivery time and carried all the items down to where they were needed, and also took away the cardboard packaging. Excellent service all round!

Having purchased Moda in the past, we did not hesitate to make a phone purchase last month. Several attempts to speak to someone over the weekend (called within the opening hours stated on website but kept getting message to say customer service closed). Finally, make purchase over phone to be told someone would contact me for payment. I chased to pay for the next three days and despite promises no-one ever returned my call - leaving big alarm bells. Finally decided to visit Chelmsford Branch (well outside of my commuter distance). Here we met Chrissy!! Chrissy turned our whole experience around. Apart from the warm welcome with coffees and even a biscuit and drink for our two sausage dogs! Chrissy immediately found our order and was happy to take payment. I asked her if she wanted me to cancel order and start again in store so that she could benefit from any commissions but she said no, that the customer experience was more important and, as she could see my order, why waste my time cancelling and re-ordering. Apart from being able to see and feel the product, Chrissy put our minds at rest and promised to follow up on our order progress. Within half an hour of leaving the store Sukey, a manager for deliveries, called me to advise that Chrissy had spoken to him and he was looking after my delivery. He offered me two dates, and on the chosen date the goods arrived promptly and efficiently. We are very happy with the outcome. I might add that I have investigated a little further and believe customer service has been shipped out of the UK since a Company buyout. This, I believe, is a big mistake as on previous purchases customer services had been based in Manchester and the customer support was way better. In this case I can say Chrissy certainly saved the day and my experience is given 5 stars due to the support from both her and Sukey.

A huge thanks to Sukey for unlocking an issue we had with delivery. He took full control of the situation, contacting me directly to organise delivery, resolving any teething problems and making sure we received all our products - he was brilliant, professional, and attentive . Thanks again Sukey!

We received deliveries from Moda Furnishings on 24th August and the 7th September. We were really impressed by the professionalism and care shown by both sets of delivery teams. Yogandeep and Amsinden had more deliveries to complete, but did not leave us until we were completely happy with the exchange they had carried out for us with a piece of garden furniture.

When I made my first purchase the company went bankrupt, then earlier this year I purchased again and the order was cancelled due to no stock! However 3rd time lucky thanks to Georgina and Michael in the office who were so helpful Georgina went above and beyond to make sure this time I received my order Finally, the delivery men (Munir and Aftab) were professional, helpful and polite unpacked put together the table and took all of all of the packaging away an excellent service from them both Thank you. Carol
