Mark and Samad delivered a replacement and were brilliant, after we had an issue with damaged item on first delivery, just minor scrape on lower frame and customer services swapped item quickly with no hassle. Furniture is fantastic! Great comms friendly, even set up the replacement set. Great service

Just received my furniture, excellent customer service , Mark and Samad contacted me about delivery and arrived promptly and brought everything into the house and explained how the fittings worked. Very pleased.

Very friendly guys (Mark & Tom), took the furniture round to the back garden and explained how to put it all together.

Had issues with delivery slot due to incorrect information in an email which meant we had to wait longer for our delivery. However we were provided with Premium delivery as compensation (without requesting it). Delivery was on time and Ed and John were very professional and courteous. Furniture looks amazing and the delivery guys ensured we were happy with set up and delivery. Not had chance to use it yet but hopefully will last at least the 7 years it is guaranteed for!

Really pleased with the garden furniture. Took longer than expected to arrive but it looks great and very comfortable. Delivery service was very good. They updated me with their ETA and both Mark S and John D were polite and helpful.
