Mark and Ryan; Very professional service, with great communication around delivery of goods. (One of the chairs was damaged on opening but don't think it was their fault and will contact the company separately). Nice guys and would recommend.

During lockdown we purchased a Ledbury rattan furniture set from Moda Furnishings. We were swayed by the aluminium frame, UV proof rattan and 7 year guarantee. After only a couple of years the rattan has become brittle and failed on several of the chairs. During April this year I contacted them with photo evidence and they agreed to replace the defective chairs - however there were none in stock so I would need to wait for a delivery to them … and wait I did until early July when after repeated email requests they eventually told me that they were now in stock and I would be contacted by their deliver agents. There was no contact! After further emails I was informed that the company had gone into administration and been taken over and no prior agreed exchanges would be honoured! Beware of this company! The goods might initially look good but they seem to degrade very quickly and their after sales support is incredibly slow and (in the end) useless. I don’t offer write reviews - but this company and their behaviour makes it necessary!

Don’t touch this company! Purchased a storage box but the quality was awful, the rattan has split and it’s falling apart, contacted them and told out of stock but will replace, after 8 months of waiting they now say the company is bankrupt! Same website, same products but no responsibility. Rip off! Quality is rubbish and will only last a year! Customer service is non existent.
