I had requested to be first on the delivery as needed to get to work on time. I was informed on a telephone call it would be 0700, however arrived 0745. Nevertheless the 2 boys worked efficiently, handling the furniture with care in the rain. They patiently explained how to use the firepit table and replace the gas cannister. Polite, fuss-free service. Special thank you to Moda at Milton Keynes store (Cortney) was very patient, always friendly, never rushing me to make a decision and my goodness there were a few conversations whilst I chose exactly what I wanted!. Would recommend MK store and premium delivery service. .

Called into the Moda Furnishing outlet in Old Trafford to checkout dimensions of an outdoor corner sofa we had viewed a few days previously. Salesman Wado was really helpful and attentive, explaining options with the different modules that were available. Placing the order was easy and ran through delivery expectations etc. Excellent customer service.

We had our extended corner sofa set and dining table delivered today by Mark and Ryan. They called 20mins before arrival, turned up on time and were both friendly and professional. We paid for the premium delivery service and the guys worked quickly and carefully to assemble the set exactly where we wanted it and took all the packaging away with them. Very happy with the quality of the furniture and Mark and Ryan were a pleasure to deal with, thanks guys 👍

Mark and Ryan rang hour before with eta and then arrived bang on 7am - both polite and helpful even though we had some 18 boxes they were both brilliant. Most of Furniture is still in boxes will put together later but again all looks great and as described very pleased all round thanks again Mark and Ryan

Mark and Ryan were very polite and professional. They were considerate in putting the boxes of furniture in a convenient space on the drive so we could transport them to the back garden more easily.

No issue with the product or delivery but pretty hacked off that i had to pay for this item twice because the previous incarnation of moda went bust abd it just phoenixed striaght up again having taken my cash twice

Rob and John delivered my furniture with a smile! They were willing to deposit the delivery where I wanted it and made sure that I was happy with everything before they left. The furniture is great quality as I have come to expect from Moda.
