Bed was as described, beautifully made and exactly what I was looking for. Delivery was quick. Delivery driver was polite and made the delivery experience fantastic. I had emailed after placing order to change my telephone number and I received an email acknowledging the change and verifying it was done. I would recommend DFI Beds and I will be using them again.

Communication very good with company and delivery driver, only thing I would say is I wish assembly instructions were a bit clearer, but we managed after watching a tutorial on the net

Excellent quality beds and mattresses. I am absolutely delighted with the two beds and mattresses I ordered from dfi. The beds are of high quality and the mattresses are like hotel mattresses. The service was perfect from ordering to being delivered within the week. The delivery drivers on both occasions Ant and Shane were fabulous to deal with. Very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely be ordering again and have recommended dfi to friends and family.

Second time we got a mattress from DFI Beds. Brilliant service. The mattress (Hybrid) has already sorted my back and neck problems.
