To WarmWorks & Everwarm for work undertaken June to September 2024:- Warmworks have been amazing throughout - they organised & arranged for the work of installing new storage heaters, electric radiators, a new hot water cylinder. wall heaters, extractor fans & a new front door to be undertaken by Everwarm. The Everwarm personnel who installed the above were polite, helpful, diligent workers their workmanship was excellent & included any clearing away afterwards they left everywhere clean & tidy plus explained all instructions of how to use the new appliances clearly in terms that I could understand which was extremely helpful. The installation of the above heating now affords my home to be a warm comfortable place I no longer dread winter coming & my osteoarthritic condition has improved due to the increased heat in my home. I would certainly recommend Warmworks & Everwarm to family & friends without hesitation & have sent my personal thanks & gratitude to them, at their respective companies for all their hard work completed at my home. Hi i would recommend ur company eney time to eney one the boys were hard working and very helpful, and the office staff were very nice and courteous, as i am badly disabled, the boys answered all the questions i asked them, i am very happy with the job and was left clean and tidy sorry i can't go on as my hands are painful but i think u all very much and have a good Christmas. Extremely efficient service from montali who had to return numerous times to ensure our boiler was working correctly

I had a new gas boiler, pipes and radiators installed as well as old cavity wall insulation removed and replaced with new. All the work was carried out to a high standard and I have received guarantees for the work. My only stress was in the prep work prior to installation. All flooring downstairs needed to be taken up to enable floorboards to be accessed. The time frame was short and I had to purchase a breaker and remove the kitchen floor tiles myself as a tradesperson was not available.

It took to long for your company to fix a simple problem with a VENT extractor.

The staff are friendly and try hard; however the general organisation is reliant upon this and overall communication is poor. Customers must be proactive as questions have to asked as opposed to the system providing information prior to works occurring.

There was a delay of 6 months from start of heating system to completion, caused by Scottish Power installing an earth cable to my house. As soon as this was completed I called the contractor expecting it to be into the new year before they could finish the job but within days they were here to finish the installation. It was done by a great team of guys,very professional, helpful and tidy, as was the inspector who assessed their work.
