Home Improvements

Applied for a grant via Home Energy Scotland and Warmworks were assigned as the installers for a few improvements, the main job of external wall insulation was managed by themselves and completed by Northseal Energy and has not only transformed the outside look of the house but I can feel the benefit inside. Upon completion of external works new smoke alarms were also fitted and all workmen were very friendly and knowledgeable and completed the works in a timely manner. A couple of problems along the way which were dealt with and fixed. Extremely satisfied.

No longer cold!

The men who came to insulate, plaster and paint worked hard and very quickly - thanks for that! The only negative was the puncturing of a water pipe in the living room and the soaking of the carpeting. (Hence the removal of one star!) I had a little trouble communicating with T.K. Murray about the off-peak meter, but they installed 5 beautiful heaters which are most efficient - thanks for that! I am now 81, but no longer cold - huge thanks for that!

Warmworks were very helpful

Warmworks were very helpful from start to finish and after. The after is help trying to get documents to Electric company and helping us with a very awkward SEG department at Utilita.

I found the whole process very…

I found the whole process very straightforward from the very first contact and initial assessment to the final inspection after the work had been completed. The new boiler and radiators have made a huge difference to the warmth of the house. Everything has been positive.

Excellent initial contact experience

Excellent initial contact experience. Surveyors visit thorough and very helpful. Fast service as a priority customer. Neat, palleted delivery on day prior to installation. Early start by skilled team the following day. Customer left premises under health and safety regs. Progress update by text msg. All replaced products cleared and home tidy. Full walkround with team leader and explanation of all installed equipment. Documentation signed after operational brief. Return visit by surveyor, brief on operation of new installation and signed guarantees reassuring.
