Lovely people at the end of the phone who were well trained and helpful. Very long waiting times to get through on the phone. Didn’t really have to lift as much flooring to get the install done as I was told to which could have prevented a lot of time, effort and expense but still happy with the end result. All very well co-ordinated and ran to plan. Thank you
