Excellent

The people from warmworks are very helpful no problem is too big,i found them knowledgeable,friendly,easy to talk to,always polite when ever i have phoned for help. The service is great getting my heating done was causing my anxiety to get worse as it was taking so long but the people on the other end of the ohone where calm and they helped me to calm down. I would recommend warmworks to other people.Thank you.

Contractors fitted the wrong door

Contractors fitted the wrong door, later said they couldn’t fit the original choice but did not give me a choice to choose again. Fitted wrong colour hinges etc and a man came for hours to change them. Vent guys left a terrible mess. Came around to fit it and left all the rubble in my garden even though I explained I am disabled and couldn’t tidy myself.

We called this company in regards to my…

We called this company in regards to my 80 year old fathers 1 year old boiler not working. We had previously contacted everwarm to whom installed the new boiler. Everwarm have just done the 1st years service on the boiler and now this won't ignite. Both warmworks and everwarm are saying that it is now out of their hands as their contract stopped at the 1st service time. Their engineer has caused the boiler to not ignite since the service and left an 80 year man with underlying serious medical condition in the cold with only an oil filled radiator that we purchased. Everwarm and Warmworks advise wrongly to contact Ideal boilers to whom are only the manufacturers and cannot help in this emergency situation. We are seeking media attention to these excuses of companies. Update These charlatans have requested extra information from us. They now add a comment as if to not know who we are! This is not a professional company in the way they have just dismissed our review! The same way they have dismissed helping my 80 year old disabled father to whom has been left in the cold after a bodged everwarm service! They take tax payers money then basically laugh at us with poor workmanship from poorly trained staff!
