This was a terribly bad service which…

This was a terribly bad service which caused much stress and upset as the lack of communication between the providers and the installers was appalling. I would not recommend anyone to go through this service as it was so stressful. No one spoke to one another so the service I received was awful. Wrong materials were delivered, I was waiting in for days and no one arrived after they had given me times when I called they all just blamed one another. I was calling constantly to check or to tell them they had brought the wrong stuff. Sadly, the stress of this all is not worth what could have been a wonderful service to make a warmer more energy efficient better home. Do not use these people they do not know what they are doing and I couldn’t NOT recommend them highly enough.

Mostly happy

Appreciated the work that was completed but some damage done during work which i had to employ a heating engineer to repair. Also, damp patches & yellow mould that appeared on walls after cavity wall insulation work carried out.

The only Team that did what they were…

The only Team that did what they were supposed to do were the Insulation and Roof vent I was told numerous times that I would get Cavity Wall insulation then got told we didn’t have a cavity wall in my opinion the company has untrained employees that make statements that aren’t true also when fitting extraction fans one of them Cut Broadband cable and didn’t mention it I wish I had never engaged with this company

All the work was carried out quickly…

All the work was carried out quickly and precise. We did have a problem with 2 radiators not heating up but this was fixed and been fine since. Thank you for all the help when needed.

Funded replacement heaters.

Although the Warmworks and Partners Personnel were all very amiable, professional and informative the whole process failed us very badly. Despite my asking on many occasions 'Is this all at no cost to us ? ' we were told way down the line our whole house would have to be rewired and ducting run down the walls and all our flooring ripped up upstairs and down stairs. The disruption to our life, never mind the cost of floor replacement and redecoration was too overwhelming to contemplate. To say we were extremely disappointed is an understatement. If we replaced our heaters at own cost no rewiring would be necessary. Our home has been maintained to a high standard. .....it was just all a big let down.

Replacement storage heaters and solar panels

Excellent workmanship and very tidy workers - arrived on time and job completed so quickly - full marks also to customer service team who kept me updated regularly during the whole process.
