On September 16 I ordered a skimmer and paid with my credit card. My delivery address on Curacao was provided. No confirmation received, money was debited. Asked several times for an invoice via the contact form and asked whether the order had already been sent via Fedex, but no response was received. Do you have a Fedex trac and trace? Do you have an email address or other telephone number that I can call from outside the USA (not an 0800 number) Sent an email on October 5. Still no response received.

Product defective. Called to get assistance. They referred me to a local company. The local company won't help because I didn't buy it from them. Still do not have a working unit
