It was a great experience. Lena, the customer rep who worked with me was wonderful. She was very patient and got me the cheapest deal. She was able to accommodate my needs. She took her time to look at different options, dates, and times that worked for me. She was very professional. I will use their service again and will recommend it.

I recently fell ill a week prior to my flight and Ovago wouldn’t allow me to cancel my flight for any amount of a refund. Given that I am unable to make it this is extremely inconvenient and costly. I would also like to add that one of the airlines said they would normally be willing to offer me a refund but because I booked through Ovago they were not able to do it.

Tucker was absolutely amazing. He deserves a fat rise because will bring so much more business it will be wash for the company.

They are scammers. Asked them to refund my all money back. They continue to charge me $350 cancellations after a few hours booking. I withdraw the from the bank dispute then they emailed if I still need it I have to change other flights and also I have to pay other $500 for other flights and different times.they just decieve the consumer.Don’t buy tickets from them. Avoid those scammers.

After i had an ok experience booking a flight with ovago i booked another flight through them by phone....The agent Kenneth gave me pressure and made me book a ticket with no option of rebooking for way more expensive than buying online.....Just book straight with airline companies forget Ovago....a scam
