IT.IS.A.SCAM. I called Alaska airlines to find out why my ticket wouldn't come up and they informed me that it never got purchased by this company. They stole my money. Update: You're lying because I had to buy another ticket through the airline, 3 hours before the flight I needed to get on.

Terrible first and last time

Terrible! I've been trying to book the same flight for two days and I have no idea if I have tickets or not! I want a refund, I'm going with a different website. Update - I went directly to JetBlue and for about $10 more I immediately got tickets with no hassle. Never going with Ovago again!

Wow. This is by far the WORST travel service I've ever encountered. I booked a flight for my daughter and needed to change the date. Their system is baroque. You have to submit a request, which they say they will answer in 24 hours (which is ridiculous enough), then the email they send goes to spam. i then had to resubmit the change request, wait another 24+ hours, got no response and when I contacted them, they said "Your request has expired." It's the 21st century for God's sake this is unlike and othe rtravel booking site I've used and I don't imagine it will be around for long becasue it is terrible! I'll never book with them again.
