I have problems with my booking because when I booked it show Japan Airline but when I received e ticket it shown American Airline but I don’t want American Airlines so agent Rylee helped me to solved the problem. Hopefully when I departure I get airline I booked for next time I will book with them again

I was reviewing my tickets and I realized that I made a typo on the date of birth, after exploring the website trying to figure out how to edit my mistake I came to a dead stop. My next and final option was to reach out to live chat and hopefully get some assistance on the matter. After about 2 mins in the live chat queue a customer care agent by the name of Lena came to the rescue. I describe the situation and she went ahead and corrected my error in less than a minute. BING BANG BOOM! I was honestly surprised how fast she was able to solve my issue and resend my updated ticket. That experience alone makes me a returning customer! Thanks again LENA!
