I was looking to book a flight to Costa Rica. My request was handled by Gia. She was polite, courteous and very helpful. She asked the right questions to understand my needs and provided me with several options. I lost the connection but she sent me the options we discussed in an email. I booked one of the flights she found for me. Gia provided an excellent customer service and assured me that she will keep looking until she finds the right option for me. Thank you so much Gia!
