Overall was good experience, would’ve like a couple day notice for our cars being shipped but other than that I can’t complain

We have used ADKOS twice now and Maria was awesome both times! She was available via phone calls and text (which is my preference these days) and made our vehicle transportation needs seamless and stress free! The 2nd time I submitted my request for a quote she reached out and remembered helping us 2 years ago. How awesome was that! Price is competitive and honestly would choose ADKOS again as the drivers they matched us with provided great service both times and we will continue to recommend them to other military families PCSing. It’s hard to find companies you can trust these days, but Maria has proven to be trustworthy and communication was great! Highly recommend!!!

The communication from all parties involved, provided me the assurance from the beginning of the process, till I received my vehicle! The driver had a problem with his truck, which delayed delivery by a day. However, unforeseen things can happen anytime. I was grateful to hear from him, and wished him well! It was Christmas Eve, and I appreciated the support, and dedication the driver (Andrey) so courteously provided! My vehicle is not new, but in fact almost 19 years old! I was moving cross-country and had a very limited window to transport my car. The route wasn’t very popular either but Barbara and her team came through and facilitated my move. It was so fast and efficient, with no damaged to my car. Compared to other companies I’d spoken to, Adkos had really reasonable rates as well. I’d definitely recommend.

Excellent Service

They were wonderful. They found us a great meeting spot to drop off our Van and picked it up with no issues. They delivered our Van in a timely matter, we were surprised with how quickly it arrived. They filled out a very accurate report of the condition of the Van beforehand, and it arrived with no new scratches. The delivery was easy and quick. We were very pleased

Service Excellence - ADKOS and George in particular were super communicative and accommodating to trying to manage vehicle storage for our college student across the country leaving the country for six months. Coordinated drop-off and delivery of vehicle on our behalf.
