The transport portion was very professional and courtesy. I recommend having an automated updated process so when the vehicle is pickup it send a email to the customer. The driver did an outstanding job on letting me know he was a day out and the approximate time of delivery. He was well within the 15 min of the time he gave. Definitely will use ADKOS in the future and will inform all the veteran and military community of this veteran source.

My son was deployed to Afghanistan and his pickup needed to be shipped to Montana from New York. Don was very attentive and realistic about the details of the transport. He was in communication often about the possible pickup dates and what to expect. We had two hurdles to overcome for a speedy transport; a remote pickup from upstate New York and a remote drop off in rural Montana. The driver picked up the vehicle on February 9 and it was delivered on February 12. This was remarkably fast since it could have taken as long as 7 to 10 days. My son took pictures to document the condition of the vehicle before pickup. When the driver arrived, he took many, many more pictures of the vehicle noting a previous, but obvious ding in the back box panel. Documentation meant they are just as concerned with potential damage issues as the customer. I received a text early the afternoon of February 11 from the driver letting me know he would be available for drop off either that night or anytime the next morning whichever was more convenient to us. We made arrangements for a 7:15am rendezvous. When we arrived, the pickup was already unloaded and was warming up in the 10 degree F temperature with the snow brushed off. The driver was exceptionally courteous and very flexible with our time and ability to make the hand-off only quite early in the morning. This company is a tiny bit more expensive, but the extra cash output is more than worth the professional service and assurance your vehicle will arrive as timely as possible and intact. We will most definitely use ADKOS should the need arise again. The choice is actually easy. We won't need to shop around again for the best transport because we already did all the research this time!
