Incredible service by Vince and his ADKOS team! Despite the chaos of the corona virus pandemic, they went above and beyond to make sure our vehicle was well taken care of and that we could be reunited with it at short notice. We will definitely be return customers!

Excellent review especially since it was during limited entry to The Army Residence Community due to Coronavirus pandemic. The driver stayed in touch with me as to where and when the car would be delivered. At first we tried to agree on a mutual meeting point like Lowe's, but then after realizing my health condition, he parked his rig as close as possible and unloaded my car at the guard house of my residence. Thank you!

Unbelievable Service from the Montgomery location! They came to Huntsville Airport and picked up the truck from my wife (Dec 2016) as she was heading over to Japan to meet me. Then in November 2019 I requested for the truck to be delivered in December once I returned. Mr. Carville Webb delivered the vehicle on the date that was requested, and made sure it was washed and ready to go. We will definitely use them again when he go back Japan. The whole process was very professional and quick. Make sure you double check when the earliest date of deliver is, they are so quick I did not properly check and the car beat me to my location! I will happily seek and recommend the transport service in the future.

The storage was top quality but a bit pricey over a three year span. Storage initially started at $189 a month and ballooned to $229 a month. Overall great service but a bit expensive.

Always a huge peace of mind using ADKOS. I never have to worry when my vehicle is in the caring hands of Matt Simons!

*****EDIT******* I wanted to edit my post to ensure that everyone who reads it, understands who it was intended for. ADKOS is the broker that found the carrier. ADKOS was amazing and I would definitely use them again. My complaint is against the actual carrier who will now not be a carrier for ADKOS. If you need your car shipped, contact ADKOS, they will take care of you. Communication during pick-up and drop off was non-existant. During pick-up, the driver called me and said he was 20 minutes out and did not show up until an hour later. When I called to follow up, I was told the driver got lost. During drop off, same thing happened. Driver called me and said he would be there at 9:00 and did not show up until midnight. Upon arrival, driver said he could not make it down my street and asked if he can drive the truck to me and then I drive him back to his truck. It was midnight. I had to drive him back to his truck and was not happy at all.
