From the beginning, they provided quality service when they drove about an hour to my past base to pick up the vehicle for storage. When there was a minor incident at the storage location they let me know immediately and paid for all the repairs. The team always provided quick replies and even provided a shipping service for my vehicle across the US when I was reassigned from my overseas location. I’m very satisfied with my experience, would recommend to anyone looking for storage or transport, and will use them again if I have to go back overseas.

The lady that was working with me on getting my car transported from Washington state to Pennsylvania coordinated with my brother and sister in Washington and myself and with the driver was awesome. She answered my questions when I had them. I set a date that I wanted it picked up and she found a truck that was able to pick it up and I had it a week later. Pick up and delivery were on-time and smooth. This was my first experience shipping a vehicle, so I learned a lot about the process and the ADKOS team was very helpful throughout the process. There was not much communication during the transit, but on the estimated day of delivery, the driver called to update delivery would be the next day and then delivered -- all within the expected delivery timeframe. Excellent experience and I would use ADKOS again.
