Everything was fine until the actual transport driver picked up my vehicle. I was already in the state I had moved to so my father in law was there when they picked it up. He called me and said that the driver was taking it to Albuquerque. The problem with that is, I don’t live in Albuquerque, I live in Estancia, an hour away. I spoke to the Adkos rep who was helping me and he explained that he had made a mistake while putting in the zip codes. I understand people make mistakes, but I was still charged the same amount that was agreed upon even though I did not get what I was guaranteed, which was door to door pick up and delivery. I ended up having to drive 17 miles from my home to pick it up, which is no big deal to most people, but I am knew to the area and have a visual impairment and my driving for the last few years has been extremely local to where I live.

Everything was easy with ADKOS. I was in Japan for three years and left my car in the states in storage with ADKOS. At any point I was getting status updates on my car and she was getting taken cared of. I didn't have to worry about my car while I was overseas. They conducted maintenance on her, started the car, stored it indoors, and even changed out a bad battery. definitely recommend this service.
