Great service with a personal touch. Once I scheduled my car for pickup and storage it was pretty much hands free from that point forward. ADKOS arrived as scheduled. Thier quality, service and customer support is extraordinary. I would recommend them to all who wants quality car storage with a personal touch.

I was deploying and needed a place I knew where my car would be safe and taken care of. Adkos did that and more, as I was extended on my deployment over and over again. They were very easy to work with and had great communication with them even with the time difference as I was away. Would recommend them again.

Wow! ADKOS saved the day for us! I’d hired another company first. After TWO months they had never initiated contact with me and never found a trucker to transport my car. All I got was chat messages saying they were working on it - right up to three days before our move. I made an emergency call out and was lucky to call ADKOS. Project Manager George picked up the phone and in one hour solved our problem, Our car was picked up the very next day by Joanna and Roy. Then our car arrived at our destination right after we did. Perfect! The delivery drivers were efficient and friendly too. Not only that, but the company owner also assisted us and his team. THIS is what customer service looks like at its best. The first half of working with ADKOS was great. They were very good with communication, and setting up the vehicle dropoff was easy. When it was time to coordinate pickup, the phone number I was given for the truck driver was actually for an acquaintance of some sort, except that person was confused as to why I was calling. It took a minute of trying to explain that I was calling to find the truck driver who was carrying cars. The woman on the phone did not seem to know what ADKOS was, nor did she recognize my name. She told me to expect delivery the next day around 3, and she would text me if there were updates from the driver. Around 230 the next day, I hadn't received any updates, so I texted to make sure we were still on for 3. She said no, he's been stuck in traffic, and to expect maybe around 6. Then at almost 6, I had to reach out again, and was told the driver would arrive around 8. He did arrive at 8, and then handed my car keys to me without checking any sort of identification. So overall, terrible communication in the delivery stage, and anyone could have stolen my car by simply being there and taking the keys the driver offered. That being said, the price was good, and my car arrived in perfect condition.

Premier service! Recommend to friends and family. Mitch Morgan did a fantastic job or taking care of my vintage vehicle while I was deployed for a year. It was moved a couple of times per month to keep the engine, gas and tires in good condition. I received periodic updates every month. When I went to pick up the vehicle it was even washed, waxed, gassed up and ready to go.

I wish I would have known about ADKOS years ago! An amazing company with wonderful employees who bend over backward to accommodate you. I have stored two different vehicles with them in two different states for over a year each time. I will never go anywhere else for vehicle storage needs. I cannot recommend them enough. If you want to pick your vehicle up or have it delivered shiny, clean, and serviced then use ADKOS. If you want flat tires, a dead battery, and critters living in your airbox then store it yourself. Worth every penny!

Price was right. Communication was good. My rep was personable. Scheduling was a bit challenging but I think that's to be expected. Vehicle was in good shape. No issues.
