I had a highly disappointing experience with Purple CV. From the start, it was clear that they lacked the expertise or understanding needed to properly craft my CV. I initially hoped that their process would improve, but after speaking to several team members who promised solutions, it became apparent that these were empty assurances. Despite multiple conversations and attempts to address the issues, the writer assigned to my CV was dismissive and unwilling to make additional edits, even though the document was incomplete and failed to meet my expectations. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unwillingness to deliver a high standard of work made this experience frustrating.
