Delivery was fairly quick, and packaging was minimal but effective. I rang up for help from the technical team regarding the oval flush handles, but was advised that they had not seen the handles so could not offer any advice - disappointing.

I ordered some door handles 2 weeks ago and they still haven’t arrived. There has been no communication from them so when i rang them they said they are out Stock! They were not very helpful

Bought a Henderson garage door lock to replace one that would-be burglars had destroyed (but they didn’t get in). Ordered Thursday, got it Friday, so 5 stars there. But the quality of the product was poor. The tubes for the fixing screws were misaligned and the thread in one was completely chewed. Had to ream out and rethread. P C Henderson tell me that they are just suppliers now, they don’t manufacture the things. So how long can they get away with charging twice as much as others who sell the same thing?

V poor service. Website offered next day delivery for a surcharge. Two weeks later I’m still waiting for delivery and no effort has been made to contact and update.
