Great item but high relative delivery cost

I bought a bifold door track from Henderson at Screwfix. It stated it could hold three doors opening on one side. I am really disappointed as I was expecting good quality track system. Instead the doors come of the pivot when opened up. Do not recommend the track from Henderson’s.

As Karin knows I have been left uninformed about your stock shortages and will now have to postpone the joiner who had planned to be with me on 6th January. Any later than the end of January could result in loss of income . Just a case of very poor communications and follow up, Rupert de Klee

The service from Henderson was excellent, from online ordering to very speedy delivery to North Scotland. I have not completed the installation yet but so far so good.

Excellent service and delivery on time

Although I did initially contact Henderson to check to see if they matched some existing hinges on a historic building I didn't get a reply. I ordered what I thought they were and sure enough were an exact match. Very easy process. They didn't initially arrive when stated but a phonecall expedited that and they arrive promptly thereafter. We live in difficult times so I believe that some tolerance is necessary.

Product arrived on time. The fitted wardrobe doors slide perfectly. Very happy.

Linings were like a banana. Emailed feedback and pictures and got no response. Very expensive product and expect better quality

Part easy to find on your website. The price was good and the parts cured the problem I had with the sliding doors 👍
