Great to find that Henderson still supply hardware for the old commercial sliding doors. In stock and fast delivery, nice new hinges and roller guides on our 40yr+ old doors.

Website not easy to navigate. Ordered (expensive) parts and selected 2 day delivery. I had to call them after 10 days later as they had not arrived, I was told they were being made!!. I did get them 2 days later but a palaver to deal with. Too time consuming.

The second time I’ve ordered from this company. Both times I’ve selected 2 day delivery and had to call them after a week to be told they were out of stock. When I complained on the second occasion they miraculously found the stock and sent it out to me 2 days later. If you are in a hurry for the stuff, go elsewhere.

Thinking I had to replace the whole sliding doors before I looked for the part from P C Henderson. They had it, it arrived on time, it fixed the problem and for a fraction of what I thought it was going to cost me initially. I'm a happy man.

Paid more in postage than for the item I bought and was slightly surprised that no screws were included, but luckily I kept hold of the screws and bolt from the broken part. Ultimately I am very happy that Henderson sell spare parts and the service was so fast, because now my sliding door slides again!!

I called and spoke to them before buying and they were super helpful. They didn't have all the products in stock but were happy to split the delivery and both sets arrived when they said
