Although it is easy to skip when you don’t need a product on the website you have to call to cancel completely. If I knew this, I wouldn’t have ever signed up and gone to another company which is easier to cancel!!

I think the product works, but since I started subscribing the quality has reduced to the point that I have cancelled my subscription. The packaging is flimsy now and the taste is disgusting - unbearable.

I've never tried collegen supplements but curiosity got the better of me one day as I surfed the net.... Absolute Collegen came up. It had pretty decent t reviews so I bought a two week trial of the mango and mandarin flavor.... Now, this is just my opinion. Just my personal thoughts.. My experience was not great at all. It tasted vile. Genuinely found it hard to swallow, it made me wretch... It tastes like good old cod liver oil but thicker. I couldn't stomach it. I felt bloated too, very uncomfortable feeling. I finished two weeks... but I can't buy your product again Absolute Collegen as its Absolutely nasty.

This product tastes of fish. No fruity flavours at all. There is no opportunity on the website to unsubscribe. The website is unpredictable bouncing all over the place.. to unsubscribe, you have to telephone London. When you get through, you are bombarded with questions.. I saved them off saying I just want to unsubscribe hopefully that’s what has happened time will tell. I can honestly say I’ve been taking this product for 4 1/2 months and nothing has changed. My skin is still wrinkling. My hair is still thinning and that’s the truth. I’m not being paid for this review.

It's disgraceful that to cancel your subscription you have to call up, when you can manage anything else online. I feel it's just a ploy to keep you longer and spend more money. Lost any goodwill attached to this product for me.

The only reason why I have gave this product 1 star, is because it has a absolutely disgusting taste. I have never tasted something so vile. The texture is awful as well. A thick oily texture. I have tried all 3 flavours and they are all as bad as each other. I will not be buying it again! I am very surprised that not many people have reported this.

Don’t subscribe / costs more money each month as they offer discount to new comers . Then the cancellation is misleading meaning I ended up with an order when I had cancelled - or so I thought. Might be a good product but buy it as and when you need it.

Practically a scam they make it so hard to unsubscribe!! It also tastes foul! Don’t bother!

I have been using absolute collagen for several months and love it . The last few months every time I’m asked to confirm my address ( haven’t changed address) it comes later .In August it arrived so late that I went on holidays without it . This month asked to confirm my address ones again..but it had the wrong address on it so I haven’t received it . Have sent so many emails as to contact GLS Italy as the have it but can’t deliver until they are sent the correct one by absolute collagen.. they have it since last Friday. My emails are no longer being answered but my money was deducted from my account..
