Only on my first week of the pack so…

Only on my first week of the pack so can't say whether I have noticed any change. I did want to mention the taste and texture as a few people had said about it being really fishy. So after my first sachet I didn't think I would be able to stomach it a second time but stuck with it and it's actually OK. The taste isn't that great and despite reading a few things that you could choose different flavours I only found the mango one on the website so not sure what that was about?? I'm actually enjoying them now albeit a little difficult to down still. Let's hope for results

Definitely a positive experience with hair and nails!

Started taking the sachets Aug 24. I'm very pleased that the condition of my nails have improved immensely and my hair. My skin has always been good so I haven't really seen much difference there. I will keep taking them as I feel they have made a difference. Customer service is very good.

Absolute Collagen

Excellent service, I can't leave an honest review of the collagen yet as I haven't been taking them for long enough however I can say they taste lovely, I add mine to squash and they come in nice easy to use packaging.

Poor Subscription Business Model

It appears that I have been more fortunate that many other reviewers with regards to fairly easily being able to cancel my subscription via a phone call that was quickly answered by the customer care team. However, I'm giving one star to this subscription service as firstly, it isn't acceptable that a subscription cannot be cancelled online via a customer account. Secondly, it is stated that the customer service email address can be used to cancel. In reality this simply doesn't seem true, as an auto response to a cancellation request results in a very wishy washy sounding "a specialist will be in touch soon to help resolve this". Thirdly, I haven't come across a subscription based service before, particularly in the health, beauty & supplement industry, that doesn't email advance warning of the next approaching order processing and dispatch date; thereby giving customers an opportunity to skip an order or cancel their subscription before another payment is taken. The icing on the cake is that a product cannot be returned and refunded even if the external packaging hasn't be opened (let alone the product box itself). Though Absolute Collagen may wish to defend this due to the nature of the product. I've been with another well known supplement supply company (not to do with collagen) who have benefitted pretty hugely from my custom over several years. This is not only due to the discounts offered by being a subscription customer, but how helpful and easy they make the ordering process work re advance notification via email. Sometimes I let the order go through and other times I skip a couple of weeks or a month. I've never once received an unwanted product or had my credit card advanced charged without my knowledge. Clearly AC have many happy customers giving 5 star ratings for their products and services, with the caveat that no-one ever knows with any company in any industry how many of the five star reviews are incentivised in some way or another. That being said, I feel sure that AC would have significantly more loyal customers if their business practises were more user friendly.

Won't let me cancel

I tried to cancel my subscription and they keep sending me the product. And charging me.

Taste of the product was unpalatable. I contacted the customer service who informed me I was sent the older version of product and flavour has been updated.
