I have been using the collagen supplement now for over a year and have found it to improve my over all health. Be it less aches and pains, improved hair quality, with the addition of the Collagen hair shampoo, which I swear by I may add. Just a general well being that has helped me on my way to a better way of being. I now, along with my dog, walk every day a mile at least. I am on a much healthier diet, be it fruit, fish, nuts, seeds to name but a few new additions to my not to unhealthy previous diet. Oh and less sugar! All good. Thank you absolute!

Great communication and email answered within 24 hours. Absolute collagen is well packaged and easy to take, easy to chuck in your bag if you are on the go. I love the attention to detail, a little booklet that gives info on the collagen and other products which is great. Also you can track which day you are on as the box has a weekly calendar within the box that you can mark off. The collagen itself is delicious, not too sweet.

I have been trying to make contact to amend the amount of my delivery every month. It is double the amount that I wish for. I have tried to cancel my subscription but frustratingly it cannot be done on line but via a telephone call.

I've been taking it for a few months and can't say I've noticed a massive difference to my skin but will continue for a while longer.

The collagen sachets initially did not agree with my gut and I looked for guidance on your website that might shed some light on taking the sachets & probs encountered, I couldn't find any advice. I persevered with taking the sachets daily and omitting some days if my gut got upset & slowly got to the point that I can take a sachet every day, Advice for newcomers on easing into taking sachets would be useful. I like your easy ordering and cancelling arrangement because sometimes I need to give the sachets a miss if my gut is upset and sachets mount up, so by cancelling for a month I keep stock under control.

They have great products, you know exactly what you’re getting in those products too. Good endorsements. The subscription method is good as you have full control i.e. you can delay the next order.

Their customer service is second to none. They reply immediately to queries . Friendly personal responses not automated . I would recommend this company

I was not impressed the way Absolute Collagen does not make it easy to cancel a subscription. Unable to do so online and unable to do so by phone as it kept cutting me off before speaking to someone. Finally had to send an email so waiting to see how long that takes.
