The dropper in my bottle of serum broke in half inside the bottle so I contacted customer services. Received a very quick response and they have promptly sent out a replacement. Excellent customer service!

Love your products. Have been using them for 3 years. It has done wonders for smoothing out my skin. It looks more hydrated and even, I also noticed improvements with my energy/mood levels. It would be even better if you could re-evaluate your packaging. I like the 'on the go' sachet idea but I think it would it be better if the collagen was in some sort of sqeezy bottle or pipette type bottle so it reduces waste can but still manage dosages?

Great Product! I have been taking the Collagen for a good few years now and I feel the benefit from it. Joint pains gone, skin looking great and hair is full of body and lustre. I will soon be 66 and feeling wonderful. Service is super and no problem with subscriptions and delivery.
