Being able to choose date of delivery

I ordered the mini gift set of face creams but on arrival the day cream was half empty and the night cream only 3/4 full. I contacted the company by email with photographic evidence and received an immediate response from Ethan who apologised for my disappointment and asked if I could let him have the batch numbers from each pot of cream so they could investigate what had gone wrong. I sent these by return and Ethan then asked if I would like a refund or a replacement. I opted for the replacement as I really wanted the chance to try out these products. Another order was raised immediately and I am expecting the replacement product by tomorrow. I was told to keep the original order too. I am very satisfied with the customer service I received. It is such a pleasure to deal with a company who accept your complaint without making you jump through hoops to prove what you are complaining about. Well done Absolute Collagen.

If I can subscribe via your webpage, I expect to be able to unsubscribe via your webpage, no questions asked. I DO NOT expect to be told to call your customer helpline. It's a shady practice not worthy of your product or company. I won't be recommending your product because of it.

Amazing products with good prices

I have been on a regular subscription for over two years now and I am very pleased with my skins’ condition using this product - I love the serum which I use first thing in the morning.

Great product and quick delivery. And quick friendly customer service reply, highly recommended. Sometimes the website is slow, I’ve had a few times having trouble logging in to adjust my order, had to wait then finally forgot to go back.

Have been using the marine collagen drink since 2019, when I was post menopausal and I can honestly say I had a couple of little growths on my face, and within a week they got smaller and disappeared a few weeks later. I had tried for years to get rid of them but I did not originally take the drink for that reason so was so pleased, so knew this product really gave results and was worth the money. It’s great for my arthritis in my fingers. Great product, great customer service!

Incredible company! Great products! Been using collagen sachets for years and shampoo but have now invested in small sizes of neck and dec and day and night creams. 2 days in and ABSOLUTELY love these products yet I’ve been using another brand for years!
