Difficult to manage the subscription. Had to request stopping a few months as the boxes pile up due to the frequency of delivery. On line site shows no link to cancelling either.

Great customer service and good products

I have been taking Absolute Collagen for a few years now and the quality is always good. The product always arrives on time.

Customer service is non existent. The owners are rude and do not want to hear any negative comments about their behaviour or their products so they block anyone who dares. Shocking

A great product. I have been using absolute collagen for a few years now and can see great improvement in the texture and firmness of my skin. I am 70 & get many compliments, which is always a bonus. The sachets are easy to use and I love the fact that you have a choice of flavours now too. It is easy to subscribe to. I am able to access my orders at any time which is brilliant if I wish to delay or bring the orders forward. I also like the fact that the sachets are recyclable & I always request a free post envelope to send them back once used. Great for the environment. I have just started using the day cream & So far so good. I love how it goes on & soaks into my skin it feels lovely & isn’t heavy on my skin. I really can’t praise this company enough. I love it and I’m sure you would too.

Always good but delivery does seem to take a bit longer than a while back. …..also I occasionally buy the skin serum and I would be great if I could just add it to my delivery of drink supplement (at the cheaper subscription price) without having to actually subscribe to that product as well…..any thoughts ?
