Not a proper bank
Customer service was helpful but no resolution. I was advised you don’t accept payments from accounts not in my name. I asked for premium bond prizes to be paid to Tandem. Having said you don’t accept payments you accepted £225 but are not paying it to me or returning it to NS&I
