Terrible company
Terrible company. Opened an account that was a difficult process. The app didn't want to interact with Virgin Money. Once I elected not to use it, I was bombarded with emails. Its taken 6 attempts to unsubscribe and 2 phone calls so far. A complaint has gone in and I may have to report the company to the ICO for failing to remove my data, my right to be forgotten and my marketing preferences under the data protection act 2018 (GDPR).

Good and communications could be better
i wanted to close my account and their FAQs stated I had to call them to do so. I tried on several occasions and the wait was too long. I emailed them and received a prompt response to say I could do this via their live chat facility. This was very swift and straightforward. It would have been good had their comms stated this so I didn't waste my time trying to phone them.
