Scumbags screwed my brother out of over £150!!!

Order number: 21-09543-16694 Do not trust this company. My husband and I are currently stuck in a loop trying to get our product fixed as it broke within warranty. After initially offering us a refund they dragged their feet and are now saying it’s not their responsibility as it’s over the warranty period- but that’s purely because of the time it’s taken for them to help us. They are now refusing to understand or help and are just repeating the same incorrect message. Buysbestuk, We find this completely unfair and wrong. The product broke and was sent to you well within the warranty period. You were unable to fix it therefore you owe us a full refund! Please could you respond and issue this refund ASAP, and stop just repeating the same message over and over again.

Awful customer service. Faulty product returned within the warranty period, they then didn't fix it in time and now won't give a refund as it outside the warranty period! Awful, awful, awful!!
