Just an update on my microwave review on 2/11/23 despite repeated attempts to get a refund for the broken item I did not receive one . But today got a full refund after contacting PayPal as that was how I paid for it, after getting nowhere with this company I raised a complaint through PayPal and surprise surprise they never got back in touch with PayPal either. I would be very wary of buying off this supplier Buysbest/ Prodhks. But a big shout out to PayPal !!

Just for an update on my review of 2/11/23 microwave, luckily I paid with PayPal and contacted them about buysbest/prodhks and PayPal have now credited my account with the full purchase price . I was left with no other option as they would not reply to my emails. And surprise surprise they didn’t contact PayPal either . Be very wary of this company as they were obviously not going to refund me . Thank you PayPal !!

The product is lovely - little bells we are using for a Polar Express Day at our nursery. Very pretty. Delivery charge a bit high for such a small product.

BuysBest performed very well in every department! ... but their decision to use EVRI as the delivery Co. is a very poor one indeed! ... The packaging was badly damaged ... and yet taped up with FRAGILE stickers! ... and the package arrived 3 days late! Using EVRI could seriously damage YOUR business!

A decent set of SDS Plus drill bits. Well priced and a good variety of drills and chisels. Delivery was very speedy and the items arrived within two days of ordering. The moulded plastic case that the bits are stored in is a little suspect as the bits tend to fall out of their holders, but for the price it’s a small consideration. Overall I’m pleased with my purchase.

Amazing product as advertised. I bought an electric heater that arrived a day after the purchase was made. Very energy efficient aswell.

Ordered 2 halogen heaters. One was obviously a returned item as the box was battered and instruction manual missing as was one of the bolts required for assembly and the other one was already in base plate. Very disappointed with their quality control and would not use them again.
