Up date on: Damaged goods review posted 28th February. I am happy to up date my review for Buysbest who have contacted me about damaged shopping trolley I purchased. They have now provided me contact details of their supplier to help resolve my issue as they themselves no longer have stock of the shopping trolley. Scam of a company never had product plus no response , reported to PayPal

Cheaper than other firms ...Next day delivery...what's not to love ....

Well priced item, and a straightforward transaction. I would consider making use of the company for future purchases, when making my online comparisons.

Place an order week before. Never received item. I asked for refund, they stopped to respond my calls. Do not order from this website. Looks fraud

The delivery service they are using (EVRI) is weird - they were supposedly unable to delivery to my home delivery address which is a flat in a big city because they were 'unable to reach' it or something like that. I had to give my work address and EVRI tried to deliver the package unsuccessfully on a Saturday (lol). At the end they did leave the package outside my office door a week later or so. Just weird stuff in terms of the delivery - otherwise all good. The box of the iterm looks a bit worn, not sure if it was a returned item or the delivery service caused that. It was also partially open but inside it looked OK. I don't think I will be ordering from them again I am afraid.
